Abstract
This thesis discusses sisterhoood in Jody Picoult’s My Sister Keeper . The Novel represents people expecially women who sharing thoughts, and feelings of honest. This is a library research and uses the mimetic approach proposed by Abrams. This means that the explanation of art is essentially an imitation of aspect of the universe. The analysis is focused on sisterhood which is traced through sharing experience of opperassion, sharing the thoughts and feeling of honest. The author creates Anna and Kate to represent people who experiences of opperassion. Anna losses her freedom of herself so she sue the court for freedom. In conclusion, the authour Jody Picoult’s through her novel My Sister Keeper , in his novel clearly portrays people who sisterhood can make people suffering, understand and can affect happy their lives.
